What currency are the prices do I see in the site?

All prices and transactions are in INR (Indian rupee) but you can change currency type from the footer at the end of the page

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 5-7 days time for your order to ship out within India

Average shipping times are 7-21 days (Usually it happens much sooner)

Tracking numbers will be updated 1-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days please email us at somuchlightstudio@gmail.com.

What are the return and exchange policies?

All sales are final on discounted, sale and limited edition items. Exchanges only when purchased on retail price. For items purchased at retail price exchange must be processed within 7 days of shipment receipt. All exchanges dependent on existing stock.

If the product is defective or damaged you can return it to us. All returns require approval. Please email somuchlightstudio@gmail.com for approval before sending back merchandise. The mail must be sent within 2 days of shipment receipt. In the mail we will require a picture of your order receipt and a picture of the defective product.

On approval for Exchanges the shipping charges will be paid by the customer. Domestic customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to So much light for exchange. International customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to So much light for the exchange, as well as for shipping the exchanged item back to their respective country. Once approved please note that the product must be unused and all tags, outer packaging and labels should be attached.Exchanges will be processed within 2-3 business days after the product reaches us and runs through a quality check. After approval we will be sending the exchanged order

1. Art prints, stickers and paintings cannot be returned

Can I cancel my order?

To cancel or change an order you must contact somuchlightstudio@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing the order.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply check your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at somuchlightstudio@gmail.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 7-25 business days
